AMORPHOUS SILICON THIN FILM SOLAR CELL
Amorphous silicon thin film solar panel is produced by adopting the PECVD(Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition) method to deposit dissociated high-purity silicone and other gases on the surface of electric conductive glass; it is commonly called A-Si solar panel.
A-Si solar panel is a low carbon photovoltaic product which provides a wide range of applications. BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaic) presents a new concept of “Architectures produce energy”. It is the integration of photovoltaic and architecture that affixes photovoltaic panel modules on the surface of the architecture outerior. This transforms solar energy to electricity. The photovoltaic system can be connected with public power grid through certain equipment.
The main application of the A-Si solar panel modules are: grid-tied photovoltaic generating system, off-grid photovoltaic generating system, mixed photovoltaic generating system, independent power supply system, photo-voltaic structure integration.
